Description
Welcome to the alp! At 18 information pillars, you can learn more about the work and life on the alp. Which cows graze where, what happens to the milk, and why do the cows wear bells? What other animal alp dwellers can be found along the trail and what are their names? Find out!
At Alpbeizli Somtgant, a thematic playground with a hayfork swing, sandbox, and milking fountain awaits, providing lots of play and fun.
A photo bench at a scenic spot offers the opportunity for many family selfies.
Besides the many new play elements like the marmot tunnel, alp master course, and goat paradise, there is a contest. Get the flyer with the contest voucher for the Alpleben Somtgant-Radons themed trail either at the tourist office or at the valley station of the mountain railways. Find all the stations, snap the fields on the contest voucher, and discover the solution word. You can submit the completed contest voucher at the Tigignas mountain restaurant, at the valley station (wooden mailbox near the panorama board), or at the tourist office.
In the middle of the themed trail, a haystack (Tgamon) has been staged and opened to the public so that hikers can take a break in the shade.
In the afternoon, a bus runs from Radons to Tigignas. To the timetable
