Brigels: Enduro lift route
Show all 6 images
2.5 times more descent than ascent. That is just the bare statistic. Then come the long and often perfectly rideable singletrails. They make up the true statistic of this short enduro route.
Details
Description
At the start, you may take the chairlift from Brigels to Burleun. The first 400 meters of elevation gain are already done. Now you pedal up about 200 meters of elevation on the alpine road before turning onto the singletrail. This leads you to Alp Dado and further through Val Mulin to Gneida. The trails are almost always fluid to ride and sometimes become a "double-trail." At Foppas, we lead this route over the alpine road to the floor of Migliè. This way you can comfortably return on gravel paths to the starting point.
Hidden Gem
Above Migliè we lead the route onto the alpine road. But you could also continue following the singletrail to the valley station of the lifts in Waltensburg (Curtginet). Here you would have to accept about 100 meters of elevation gain back down to the floor of Migliè.
Safety Note
The route should not be started in uncertain weather conditions. Weather changes in the mountains are common. If a rain front or similar approaches during the route, you should turn back in time.
