Description
From Parpanerhöhe, it goes over Tschugga to Churer Joch. From there over Farur and Schwarzhorn to the mountain station of the Weisshornspeed chairlift. From the Weisshornspeed mountain station, it goes comfortably back down to the valley by chairlift.
Equipment
Trail running backpack, sturdy and well-broken-in footwear, functional clothing, telescopic poles, map/GPS data, and sufficient provisions for on the way.

Take the train to Chur, then change directly to the PostAuto Graubünden buses (182) and reach Lenzerheide within 30 minutes.
