Description

From Laax Murschetg, you can take a leisurely cable car ride to the summit of Crap Sogn Gion. After taking in the magnificent panoramic views, you’ll climb the first few metres of elevation along a wide, well-maintained alpine road up to Crap Masegn, where the fun on the singletrack begins. The trail takes you through high-alpine terrain, crosses clear mountain streams and leads across barren alpine meadows to Alp Sogn Martin.

In a seamless transition, you now roll down the Plaun Larisch Trail to Plaun. Now full concentration is required once again: on the technically demanding and root-strewn Green Valley Trail, you reach Runcahöhe and then continue along the lower section of the famous Runca Trail. You can treat yourself to a well-deserved refreshment here in Flims or simply take the road back to Laax Murschetg at a leisurely pace.

A unique alpine experience with unrivalled panoramic views across the entire Surselva and the Vorab. A tour for advanced riders; confident riding on alpine singletrack is a prerequisite.

You can also do all the uphill by your own cycle power following the signposted Switzerland mobile Route 248 to Crap Masegn.
