Description

Arriving by public transport, follow the road from Valzeina church to the car park “Unter Clavadätsch”.

The route climbs gently across open slopes, passing Ober Clavadätsch on the right, going up. At around 1330 m above sea level, the summer path is reached again and followed towards Churberg, avoiding the steep slopes east of the Schiterberg. From the Maisensäss settlement Churberg, the track leads over Fluagada - Älpli directly up to Cyprianspitz. From here, you look out over the sea of fog or enjoy a good view of the Chur Rhine Valley and the Rätikon. The descent over beautiful northeast slopes takes place in the area of the ascent track.

Hidden Gem

Under safe conditions, the route can be well combined with the Schiterberg (north of Cyprianspitz, point 1627) and gains a rewarding descent.
