Details
Description
E-Bike route to Fürggli St. Margrethenberg (23.2 km, 3h 10min)
The tour starts from Bad Ragaz with the E-Bike on the car-free road up to the longest arch bridge in Switzerland, the Taminabrücke. After Pfäfers, the path leads deeper into the Tamina valley towards Vättis. Passing St. Margrethenberg, Furggels, and Sennhaus, you reach Fürggli. The return route to Bad Ragaz leads via Pfäfers without any climbs directly back to Bad Ragaz.
Circular hike over Alp Maton (7.7 km, 2h 40min)
The E-Bike can be parked during the hike at the forest edge near Fürggli. The climb to Alp Maton near Chemispitz is quite steep. From the alp, you enjoy a beautiful view of the nearby mountains. The path from Alp Maton back to Fürggli gently descends via the Grot. Of course, ascent and descent can be swapped as desired.
