Flüela Wägerhus - Jörisees - Berghaus Vereina

The starting point for this route is the post bus stop "Wägerhus". The path leads northeast over meadows and scree up the slope to the Winterlücke. Beautiful view of the Jörisees and the Jörigletscher, above them the peaks of the Silvretta massif and Piz Linard. Descent along the left glacier edge and through the Jörisees. The route then continues down through the Jörital to Frömdvereina and further to the Berghaus Vereina.

Wägerhus
At Wägerhus on the Flüela road, you get off the bus and discover the mountain path behind the former shelter.

Jörisees
From the steep pass you reach the lake plateau over a scree slope. The largest lake is milky green and is fed underground by the meltwater of the Jörigletscher. Its outflow rushes as the Jöribach into the Jörital and towards Vereina. The water of the other lakes is deep blue and clear to the bottom.

Berghaus Vereina
The rustic mountain lodge with a nice terrace and fine specialties invites you to linger. Daily buses comfortably bring hikers back to Klosters (registration +41 (0)81 422 11 97).

Note(s)
In Davos Klosters, hikers and mountain bikers use the same trails without restrictions. This applies to the entire canton of Graubünden and is unique in the Alps.
