In San Bernardino, the educational path Forest Diversity offers an immersive experience in the nature of the Bosch de la Valeten. Starting from Fornàs and reaching the Lagh de Pian Doss, the route is suitable for families and enthusiasts of alpine biodiversity.
Along the way, informational panels guide the discovery of peatlands, fir and larch forests, wet meadows, and unique flora and fauna. Among the points of interest: the Suossa peatland, the post-glacial Doss pond, and notes on the local geology.
Created as part of the national campaign “Forest Diversity,” the path enhances the region's natural heritage, making biodiversity accessible and understandable to all ages.
