The Gronda Trail is a blue-rated flow trail with a focus on fun, flow and first jumping experiences. It is ideal as a progression trail after the green Foppa Trail and in combination with the red Runca Trail. The trail offers a varied character with playful elements and enables safe development of riding technique.

Save your energy by taking the mountain railway to Startgels and then following the alpine road to the trail entrance.

Public Transport
Take the train to Chur. From there, take the post bus to Flims (mountain railways).
Reservation of your bike in the post bus is subject to a charge and is compulsory via sbb.ch.

By car via highway A13 direction Chur. Leave highway on exit no. 18 "Reichenau" towards Flims.

Car park "Stenna" in Flims next to the mountain railways.
