Heart trails - the healthy way to move
In cooperation with the Swiss Heart Foundation, Loipen Schweiz launched the project "Heart trails". 18 trails throughout Switzerland are waiting to be tested. These are designed so that the route is simple and clear, with no major inclines. The trails are especially suitable for sports beginners as well as people with reduced fitness and anyone who wants to do something for their heart health.

Directions
Public Transport
The Rhaetian Railway runs hourly from Chur to Arosa and back. At Postplatz - just a few meters from the station - the Isel bus is waiting for you, which takes you directly to the trail. You can find the bus schedules at: arosa.swiss/langlauf
Travel Information
From Chur follow the signs to Arosa. At the entrance to the village, turn left before the petrol station and follow the signs to the reservoir lake.
Parking
Since only a very limited number of parking spaces are available at the reservoir lake, it is recommended to park your car in the Ochsenbühl parking garage. This is located at the village entrance after the Sports and Congress Center on the left. From here to Postplatz (where the Isel bus departs) is just under 100m.
