The high trail is a small, easy hike with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain world.

Hidden Gem

The team of the Maschgenkamm panorama restaurant will gladly serve you on the scenic sun terrace in summer. For children, the PonyCycle on site is a highlight and means pure fun.

Combine the high trail with the Rohan Red Deer adventure trail from Prodkamm and thus return to Prodalp with playful wit.

Equipment

Normal hiking equipment. Depending on the weather, good footwear (hiking boots) is recommended, otherwise light trekking shoes are sufficient for the route.

Directions

Take the 8-person gondola BergJet from Tannenboden up to Maschgenkamm. The ride with the panorama gondolas is already an experience.

Arrived at the summit, follow the high trail towards Prodkamm, where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain world.

From Prodkamm, you can hike back along the same path to Maschgenkamm or take the 8-person chairlift from Prodkamm to Prodalp and then the 12-person gondola Prodalp-Express to Tannenheim.

The Maschgenkamm panorama restaurant gladly serves you on the scenic sun terrace in summer. For the children, the PonyCycle on site is a highlight and means pure fun.

You can easily and comfortably reach the starting point for the Zigerrundweg with the 8-person gondola BergJet.

Travel Information

Take the Flums/Flumserberg motorway exit, follow the main road towards Flumserberg Tannenboden.

Parking

Public parking spaces available at Tannenboden.

The parking spaces are chargeable from 07:00 to 17:00. From 17:00 to 02:00, you can park your car free of charge.

From 02:00 to 07:00, there is a night parking ban. There are enough night parking spaces in the Tannenboden parking garage or at Tannenheim.

The night parking lot can be used for a fee, but camping is prohibited.
