Description
On the Ibex Promenade from the church of Sta. Maria, a one-kilometer-long winter hiking trail, children and adults receive entertaining information at seven posts about the character of the animal, its habitat and distribution. The promenade is accessible all year round. Those lucky enough can observe these fascinating animals there in April/May.

The view from this path down to Pontresina, into the Val Roseg and across to St. Moritz is breathtaking.

Please do not approach the ibexes; they are in a resting phase during winter. Stress is very dangerous for these wild animals.
