Description
Fireplaces, playgrounds, beautiful lakes and themed trails - the circular hiking route is well suited for families. In addition, the route is mostly quite flat, without steep ascents or descents. Along the way, it's great for picnicking, grilling, or even stopping for a meal.
If you have enough time and fitness, it is worth walking the entire Klosters circular hiking route over several days. Accommodation can be found at the end of each stage.
The stages of varying lengths can also be done independently. There are shorter walks as well as longer and somewhat more demanding hikes among them.
The starting points of the individual stages are easily reachable on foot or by public transport from Klosters Platz (exception stage 7: Schlappin - Saas).
Hidden Gem
Enjoy Grisons specialties at the Restaurant Höhwald in Monbiel.
Equipment
Good footwear is recommended, as the path partly goes over roots, through the forest, and depending on the weather, through mud.
The Klosters circular hiking route is not suitable for strollers.
