Details

Description

The Lag da Laus is located at 1614 meters above sea level and is situated above the hamlet of Laus. You reach Lag da Laus from Laus on a steep gravel road. The ascent to the hamlet Laus is best done via the paved road from Falens Dadens, which lies on the mountain bike route "1 Alpine Bike".

From the starting point Brigels, follow the mountain bike route "90 Graubünden Bike" to Trun. In Trun, you can decide whether you prefer a leisurely ride along the Rhine on the mountain bike route "1 Alpine Bike" to Falens Dadens or prefer the sunny southern slopes above Trun via Campliun to Rabius and Surrein.

The return route from Lag da Laus first follows the ascent route to the hairpin bend above Laus. Here take the gravel road to the right towards Val Sumvitg and ride down to Surrein. Now follow the cycle route "2 Rhine Route" to Tavanasa and then pedal along the main road back up to Brigels.

Hidden Gem

Don't forget to pack your swimwear. In high and late summer, you can wonderfully cool off with a jump into the cool water.

Along the route there are several E-mountain bike charging stations where you can recharge your e-mountain bike.

Safety Note

In uncertain weather conditions, the route should not be started. Weather changes are frequent in the mountains. If a rain front or similar arises during the route, you should turn back in time.
