Lagh da Caralin

From Alp Grüm the path quickly descends through the larch forests to Alpe Palü and then rises up to Lagh da Caralin. It is possible that there are still some patches of snow to cross along the route. It is worth it because the glacial lake fed by a dozen waterfalls is a unique, solitary place where the falling water creates extraordinary optical and acoustic effects. Furthermore, the icy water is ideal for a Kneipp trail.
