Details

Description

The loop in Salaplauna - Riven - Acla Fontauna is one of the sunniest trails in Disentis and can be run on the classic as well as on the skating track.

You can walk them as a continuous piece or only cover the upper or lower part.

If this round of about 3.8 km is still too little for you, you can complete the tour and take the turn-off from Salaplauna and drive down to Camping Fontanivas. (Attention: Downhill is tough)

Still not enough? Then you walk the entire tour to Trun.

Hidden Gem

Fill up on vitamin D and be sporty - that's possible on this route.

Safety Note

If someone is considering it and wants to complete the route, down to Fontanivas, he or she should be safe on his or her cross-country skis and be able to brake well. The descent is tough.

Equipment

If you don't have your own cross-country skiing equipment, you can rent it at Menzli Sport or at the Catrina Sportshop.
