Description

This route leads through the impressive pine and larch forest near Lantsch/Lenz. In spring, thanks to the low altitude and plenty of sunshine, the tour is open as early as May. In autumn, the forest turns a beautiful golden hue, making this entertaining tour a unique experience. On the way back between Surava and Brienz, the mighty ruins of Belfort Castle loom large. It's worth putting your bike aside for a moment and taking in the view of the valley from the ruins.

On the trail section from the campsite to Tiefencastel, it is important to keep pedaling for a short while. The way back is never steep and thanks to the flowing trails at Lantsch / Lenz, the uphill flow experience already begins. This makes this tour the ideal e-bike tour with a high proportion of singletrails.

Hidden Gem

A short detour to the ruins of Belfort Castle is well worthwhile!
