Description

Overcoming this narrow gorge was a major challenge for a long time. From the traces left by path, road, and railway builders there, much can be inferred today about the development history of our mobility. In this respect, the Zügenschlucht is an important geological exposure but also a significant document of our cultural history.

The Mobility Route is not a traditional educational trail, i.e., there are only a few informational boards. Instead, from time to time you come across a telephone number, through which you can use a mobile phone to access exciting and interesting information about mobility, usually directly related to the respective location.
