Description

Start in Brigels in the village or at the large parking lot by the lake. Getting started is easy and almost always leads you slightly downhill to Jörgenburg. If you plan it perfectly, you are there at lunchtime, because there is a fireplace for the culinary highlight. The cultural highlight is also located here. The largest castle complex of the Surselva is a wonderful place to enjoy and learn about the past of the Surselva. The easy trails down to Rueun are the dessert. The tour continues along the bike path to Trun. Now you have to pedal. A whopping 735 meters of altitude difference go up on the village and alpine road almost to the Alp da Schlans. After a short and fluid trail you will reach the second fire pit on the tour on Plaids. If you plan the tour differently, you can now fire up the grill shortly before Brigels. Bien appetit!

Geheimtipp

Be sure to plan time for the Jörgenburg.

There are e-bike charging stations in Waltensburg at the Hotel Ucliva and in Danis at the Volg village shop. These deviate a few meters from the route.

Sicherheitshinweis

In uncertain weather conditions, the tour should not be started. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent. If a rain front or similar comes up during the tour, you should turn back in time.
