Directions
The Ochsenalp panorama cross-country ski trail starts at kilometer 5 of the Prätschalp cross-country ski trail and leads towards the mountain restaurant Ochsenalp before returning. The trail is accessible for both classic style and skating.
Directions
Public Transport
The Rhaetian Railway runs hourly from Chur to Arosa (also in the opposite direction). At the Arosa station, the local bus waits for you, which travels towards Maran/Prätschli to the cross-country stop. To reach the Ochsenalp trail, start with the Prätschalp cross-country trail.
Travel Information
From Chur via the winding Arosa road to the valley end in Arosa. At the village entrance, turn right at the gas station and follow Maranerstrasse. After a short drive, you will see the cross-country ski trails on the right. To reach the Ochsenalp panorama trail, start with the Prätschalp cross-country trail.
Parking
Since only a limited number of parking spaces are available near the trails, it is recommended to park your car in the Ochsenbühl parking garage. There is a large sign with various parking options. We recommend the Ochsenbühl parking garage because parking near the trails is limited. The parking garage is directly next to a bus stop, from where the local bus runs towards Maran/Prätschli to the trail start.
