Description

The route starts in Kurpark Davos, which also serves as the start and finish area during the Swiss Epic. The path first takes you through the Rüti and Chilcher Bannwald to Grüeni, where it then goes back down to Davos. The path now runs along the Landwasser for a stretch before entering the idyllic Sertig valley. From there, the route leads to Sertig Dörfli, where the Walserhuus restaurant or the Berghaus Zum Bergführer invite you to refresh yourself. Afterwards, it goes back to Clavadel and from there through the Spinnelenwald up to Clavadeler Alp with beautiful views over the Davos mountains and the open Landwasser valley. Those who like fresh Davos mountain cheese are in the right spot at this viewpoint. Because, besides the panoramic view, Clavadeler Alp also offers fresh cheese and other delicacies. After this pause, it continues with a slight incline beyond the tree line to Usser Isch. After a comfortable flat section, it then goes faster on the road downhill to Ischalp. From Ischalp, another highlight awaits in the form of an ultra-flowing singletrail down to Davos, from where the way back to Kurpark Davos is not far.

Hidden Gem

Places to stop include the Berghaus Zum Bergführer and the Walserhuus in Sertig, as well as the Clavadeler Alp and the Ischalp restaurant.
