Description
The route starts in the village of Lenzerheide and leads via Crapera on a beautiful trail to the middle station Scharmoin. Upon arrival in Scharmoin, most of the elevation gain has already been done. The panorama route from Scharmoin passes by the reservoir lake and offers a beautiful view towards Parpan. At the Tschugga restaurant, it goes downhill into the village. From Parpan, it continues through the forest towards Valbella and finally along the Heidsee back to Lenzerheide.
Equipment
Trail running backpack, sturdy and well-broken-in footwear, functional clothing, telescopic poles, map / GPS data and sufficient provisions for the way.

Public Transport
Travel by train to Chur, then change directly to the PostautoGraubünden buses and reach Lenzerheide within 30 minutes.
During the summer and winter seasons (please check the respective timetable) a free sports bus is available in the village.

From Milan - Lugano - San Bernardino Tunnel - Thusis - Chur (Exit Lenzerheide) - Lenzerheide.
