Details

Description

From Bernina Suot, follow the alpine path through Val da Fain to Platta. Then ascend via the Ova da la Val da Fain, following the side stream eastwards to point 2582. Continue over the ridge to the summit.

The descent follows the ascent route. Only in safe conditions can you ski down the steep north-western slopes (30-35° over 100 m) from P. 2748 directly to the valley floor of the Val da Fain.
