Details
Description
From the parking lot in Maloja Capolago or Maloja Posta follow the summer path to Lunghin Lake. From the lake, head west-southwest to the Lunghin Pass.
From the pass continue southeast to a notch (possibly leave the skis here). Then over a steep section onto the summit ridge. If conditions permit, either over the ridge which becomes steep at the end or the last meters through the very steep north slope to the summit (2780 m).
Descent is the same as ascent.

- Check the avalanche transceiver (LVS) before every ascent / descent.
- Carry a backpack with snow shovel, avalanche probe, and first aid kit.
- Observe possible weather changes.
- Never "ride" alone! Watch each other and be ready to react!
- Respect wildlife protection zones!
