Description
An ideal ski tour starting from Lü. The technically easy ski tour leads to the border where on Piz Terza or Urtirolerspitz an excellent view of the surroundings opens up. Visible are the Val Müstair, Vinschgau, Val s-Charl, the Stelvio Pass, and the Bernina and Ortler groups.

Directions
An alpine path leads from Lü eastwards to a forest clearing, through a larch forest, and further to Alp Valmorain. The ascent continues northwards to a small alpine hut (2388 m) and then to the valley basin of Valbella. Below the Fuorcla Sassalba, you reach a signpost and then follow the summer hiking trail eastwards to the summit of Piz Terza. The descent is on the same route.

Public Transport
By Rhätische Bahn (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau, from Oberengadin or Scuol) hourly to Zernez.
Then take PostAuto line 90.811 from Zernez to "Fuldera cumün" and then PostAuto line 90.832 to "Lü cumün"
Travel Information
From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereinatunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via Flüelapass into the Lower Engadin on H27 and continue on H28 towards Val Müstair. In Fuldera, turn off to Lü.
From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards Mals and then on H28 towards Zernez. In Fuldera, turn off to Lü.
From the south: via Reschenpass (Nauders-Martina) towards Mals and then on H28 towards Zernez. In Fuldera, turn off to Lü.
Parking
Limited parking spaces at the entrance to the village.
