Description
The descent leads across the alpine meadows of Alp Sogn Martin down into Val Plaun, where a narrow trail along the stream takes you to a wide mellow alpine plateau full of cows.

Public Transport
To Chur by train and then by post bus to Flims, Bergbahnen (for the access via Nagens Sura and Vorab Trail) or to Laax, Murschetg (for the access via Crap Masegn Trail).
Travel Information
Take the A13 motorway to Chur and continue to exit no. 18 "Reichenau". From there, head towards Flims. Use the "Stenna" car park at the Flims valley station.
