Details

Description

The route begins in Pontresina (train station) and leads along the valley floor on a wide natural road, gently ascending. With the babbling of the Roseg stream in your ears, you approach the white mountain peaks of the highest summits of the Eastern Alps. Upon arrival at the Hotel Roseg Glacier, the magnificent glacier panorama of the Bernina massif opens up. Here you have the opportunity to treat yourself to something nice on the restaurant terrace or to walk to the glacier lake (Lej da Vadret) on foot. Those who have absorbed enough of the mountain world can relax on the way down.
