ÖV Loipenttipp: Parpan - Roland Arena

A beautiful and varied trail. In Parpan, some warm-up loops can be done on the triangle circuit before tackling the ascent to the Parpaner Höhe. We roll through the forest to Valbella on the lake. The flat route continues along the Heidsee to Lenzerheide in the village. Here you have to cross the road for a short time before the leisurely part to Lenz begins. It is mainly slightly downhill to the Lantsch/Lenz golf course. A beautiful loop in the forest awaits you before you go through the Maiensäss settlement of Tschividainas to the Roland Arena and to the end of the cross-country ski trail.

At the Roland Arena, public garages and showers are available.

When the Heidsee is frozen and walkable, it is worthwhile to make some additional loops on the lake. Be sure to enjoy a coffee at one of the kiosks or in the Bistro Bualino.
