Details
Description
A beautiful and varied cross-country ski trail. In Parpan, you can take some warm-up loops on the Triangle Round before tackling the climb to Parpaner Höhe. Through the forest, it rolls on to Valbella by the lake. It continues flat along the Heidsee to Lenzerheide village. Here you have to briefly cross the road before the leisurely section to Lenz begins. Mostly slightly downhill, it goes to the Lantsch/Lenz golf course. There awaits a beautiful loop in the forest before it passes through the Maiensäss settlement Tschividainas into the Roland Arena and to the end of the trail.
Public changing rooms and showers are available at the Roland Arena.
Hidden Gem
When the Heidsee is frozen and walkable, it is worth taking some additional loops on the lake. Definitely also enjoy a coffee at one of the kiosks or at the Bistro Bualino.
