S-chanf - Alp Chaschauna - S-chanf

This tour starts at the church in S-chanf, in the middle of the village. The lower path leads to the bridge at the end of the village. Cross the bridge and follow the road past the Prasüras parking lot to Varusch. Shortly before the Varusch park hut, the road branches off to the right over the bridge and up to Alp Chaschauna. Val Chaschauna is the side valley of Val Trupchun, the valley with the most wildlife in the Swiss National Park. This is the end of the line for gravel bikes. Follow the signs for National Park Bike Marathon no. 444 back to S-chanf.
