Description

From the Rothorn valley station, it goes directly uphill past the waterfall towards Alp Sanaspans. From there, it continues towards Cualmet, past small lakes and the Ramoz hut to the Erzhornsattel. From there, the last altitude meters to the Parpaner Rothorn must be mastered.

From the Rothorn, it goes comfortably back down to the valley by gondola lift.

Hidden Gem

At the end, recharge your energy on the Rothorn summit and enjoy the view.

Equipment

Trail running backpack, sturdy and well-broken-in footwear, functional clothing, telescopic poles, map material / GPS data, and sufficient provisions for the journey.

Public Transport

Travel by train to Chur, then transfer directly to the PostautoGraubünden buses (182) and reach Lenzerheide within 30 minutes.
