Details
Description
We recommend doing the circular route clockwise. In the lower southern part of Brigels, the flowing trail of medium difficulty starts towards Dardin. Upon arrival in Dardin, you traverse partly on natural roads and partly on paved roads to Schlans. Once in Schlans, you go up over the Schlanser Alps to the small lake on the edge of the forest "Lag da Palius Pastg". The lake is the highest point of the tour. From there, the route continues via a short singletrail and later on a natural road, past great viewpoints and barbecue spots back to the village of Brigels. A short and varied circular route.
The difficulty S2 is limited to a few hundred meters of singletrail below Brigels. The rest of the route runs on alpine and secondary roads and singletrails with difficulty S1.
Hidden Gem
Once in Schlans, a visit to the inn "Chispàcius" is worthwhile.
On the circular route, you pass three different barbecue spots. All three invite you to pause and relax.
Safety Note
The route should not be started in uncertain weather conditions. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent. If a rain front or similar approaches during the route, you should turn back in time.
