Description

We belong to the leisurely and start the route with a cable car ride to Caischavedra. From there we hike downhill on numerous loops and through a forest on a hiking trail that used to be a narrow goat path. Today, family-friendly developed, the discovery trail Senda dils Laruns brings us closer to the fascination and beauty of the mountain forest and alpine cultural landscape. The view through the Laruns, a mighty post made of larch wood, sensitizes us to the fragile mountain forest ecosystem and promotes understanding for the protective forest and the necessary care required for it.

The trail was created by the employees of the forestry operations of Sumvitg, Medel/Lucmagn, Tujetsch Disentis, and the mountain forest project. The mountain forest project calls for energetic, responsible engagement in the mountain forest with the Senda dils Laruns.
