Description
Quiet, wild and full of life - this is how the lower Segnesboden presents itself to you. You can explore one of the largest moorland landscapes and an important floodplain area in Switzerland on easily accessible paths. The constantly wet fen is rich in rare plants and is constantly changing: new pools, new patterns, new perspectives. The Tschingelhörner tower above it all - impressive evidence of the formation of the Alps in the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona. The path up to the Grauberg becomes more alpine. Sure-footedness and good footwear are recommended.
Safety Note
It requires surefootedness between the lower Segnesboden and Grauberg.
