Description
Quiet, wild, and full of life – this is how the lower Segnesboden reveals itself to you. On well-trodden paths, you explore one of the largest moorlands and an important floodplain area of Switzerland. The constantly moist flat moor is rich in rare plants and is continually changing: new ponds, new patterns, new perspectives. Above all, the Tschingelhörner dominate – an impressive testament to the Alpine formation in the UNESCO World Heritage Tektonikarena Sardona. The path up to the Grauberg becomes more alpine. Surefootedness and good footwear are recommended.
