Short Hike: Vals–Soladüra–Zorts–Leis

This short hike begins across from the Visit Vals tourist office. Follow Soladürastrasse, which climbs gently, past the 7132 Hotel and the thermal baths toward Soladüra. After the hairpin turn at Soladüra, continue hiking at a leisurely pace toward the south. Once you reach Zorts, follow the trail for about 1 km on flat ground until you reach Leis.

The Oberhus, the Unterhus, and the Türmlihus are vacation homes designed by architect Peter Zumthor.
A visit to St. Jakob Chapel is also a must.

Across from the tourist office, follow the road north toward Soladüra. In Soladüra, the farm road heads south and climbs slightly toward Zorts. In Zorts, the dirt road leads toward Hof Leis. You can take various routes on the way back. Pay attention to the signage and directional signs.
