On a winter walk across the frozen lakes, the vastness of the high valley shows itself from its most impressive side. Especially in the evening light at low sun, the path over the water becomes an unforgettable experience.

The flat winter hiking trails of the lake plateau from Maloja to Silvaplana are also ideal for families with strollers.
