This is the ideal beginner route. The route leads 100% over snow and overcomes 190 meters of ascent and descent. With 6.1 kilometers, it is suitable for the whole family.

Description
The start is at Obersee, located at 1,735 meters above sea level. The first kilometer is flat before the climb begins after the beverage shop Buvetta. Along the Eichhörnliweg it goes to Scheitaboda and further to Prätschli with a bus stop and hotel. Here at 1,906 meters above sea level, the highest point is reached. Then it goes downhill to Maran, passing the Maran dairy and Hotel Hof Maran, with a wonderful view guaranteed of the cross-country ski trail and the golf course. The so-called home run slope leads back to the starting point at Obersee.

Public Transport
The Rhaetian Railway runs hourly from Chur to Arosa (also in the opposite direction). From Arosa station, it is a short walk of about 300 meters to the competition area.
Travel Information
From Chur via the winding Arosa road to the valley end at Arosa.
Parking
In Arosa, you can park your car directly at the competition area in the Ochsenbühl parking garage.
