Description

After the valley station of the BergJet gondola, cross the Kinderland and the ski slope. Watch out for the skiers coming from the right on the slope. Take the wide path that goes under the FLOOMZER. At the first fork in the forest, turn right and cross the ski slope again before the second fork. After about 500 metres, take the path on the left towards Chrüz. When you reach the mountain restaurant, cross the ski slope again. Behind the valley station of the Stelli chairlift, there is a short, steep ascent through the sparse forest before the path leads gently downhill to Prodalp with a magnificent view.

Geheimtipp

At the end of the hike you can enjoy a toboggan run to the Tannenheim and then free of charge with the Postbus back to the Tannenboden.

Be careful when crossing the ski slopes.

Arrival by train to Unterterzen and up with the cable car Unterterzen - Tannenboden

Daily from Zurich with the S25 to Ziegelbrücke with a change to the S4 to Unterterzen

Daily from St. Gallen with the S4 directly to Unterterzen

Daily from Zurich and Chur with the RE to Walenstadt with change to bus 444 to Unterterzen

From Unterterzen, the 8-seater gondola lift takes you directly to the Flumserberg to the Tannenboden LUFAG valley station.

Arrival by train to Flums and Postbus to Flumserberg Tannenboden

Daily to Flums or Sargans, continue by bus 441 direction Flumserberg to the stop Tannenboden, cable car.

Anreise Information

Motorway exit Flums/Flumserberg, follow the main road towards Flumserberg Tannenboden.

Parking

Public parking available at the Tannenboden.

Parking is available from 07.00 to 17.00. From 17.00 to 02.00 we are allowed to leave the car for free.

After 02.00 to 07.00 a.m. there is a night parking ban. There are plenty of night parking spaces in the Tannenboden multi-storey car park or in the Tannenheim.

The night car park can be used for a fee, but camping is prohibited.
