Description

After a short gondola ride from Savognin to Tigignas, the hiking trail leads under the mountain restaurant Tigignas through Rodas past Prada Setga - Cresta da Lai - Radons to a beautiful stream. The trail continues through a national park-like landscape into the forest. It is not far to the charming church in Salaschigns. At the bench in front of the church, you can enjoy the wonderful view into the valley. The hike then returns a bit along the same path and goes left down through the Val da Morts over Rezgia to Riom. Continuing through the village of Riom past the castle, you reach the bathing lake Lai Barnagn in Savognin.

Hidden Gem

From Salaschigns, you can also reach the villages of Parsonz and Salouf.

Good hiking boots and appropriate outdoor clothing are recommended.

By the Rhaetian Railway or the PostAuto from Chur to Tiefencastel. Then continue by PostAuto to Savognin. After a short walk, you reach the Savognin mountain lifts.
