The TrailCaldar is a picturesque puzzle route that leads from Andeer to Fardün. Along the way, you will learn at twelve stations, based on the legend of Gion Caldar, how Schams gained its freedom.

Description

The TrailCaldar is an interactive puzzle hike that can be taken individually. It starts in the idyllic mountain village of Andeer. The first task awaits you at the shelter on the playground. Then the hike leads with 12 stations through forests and meadows to the Cagliatscha tower and further to Fardün on the Schamserberg. At the various stations, puzzles await you and show the way forward. A top-class family adventure.

Hidden Gem

Several fire pits along the route invite you to linger. Enjoy the day with a sausage over the fire and cold mountain spring water from the bottle.

The starting point in Andeer can be reached by PostAuto. Connections can be found via the SBB timetable.


The return trip from Fardün also takes place by PostAuto. Connections can be found via the SBB timetable.

Travel Information

Coming from the south on the A13, use the Andeer exit. Coming from the north on the A13, use the Zillis exit. Plan your arrival with the Google route planner.

Parking

There are free parking spaces at the Andeer mineral bath (Google Maps location).
