If you want to rest your legs, take the cable car from Samnaun to Viderjoch. Cross the Austrian border to the Heidelberger hut, then return to the Val Sinestra in Graubünden over the Fimber Pass. The final section reaches the day’s destination of Scuol via the Engadin village of Sent.

From Samnaun with the mountain railways or by muscle power to Viderjoch and across the Austrian border to the Heidelberg Hut, over the Fimber Pass you reach the Val Sinestra again and finally through the Engadin village Sent to the stage destination Scuol.

- By Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau, or Upper Engadin) to Scuol-Tarasp.
To Samnaun:
- By Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau, or Upper Engadin) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station
- Then by PostBus to the PostBus stop Samnaun-Ravaisch (line 921, hourly connection)
- Local bus Samnaun: hourly connections to Samnaun-Ravaisch
Travel Information
To Scuol:
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via Flüela Pass into Lower Engadin on H27
To Samnaun:
- Then turn left at Vinadi towards Samnaun
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards Reschen Pass on B180, from Kajetansbrücke towards Spiss – Samnaun on L348
- From the south: via Reschen Pass to Kajetansbrücke, then towards Spiss – Samnaun on L348
