Description

We start our tour with a short train ride from Dieni to Chamut. From the train station, a wide, well-groomed path leads through a young forest in two hairpin bends to the height of Sharinaz. On the way there are benches to enjoy the silence and the view, it can also be that suddenly a deer scurries across the path. After a short, flat section, we reach Alp Milez and the fun noise of skiers greets us. We are in the middle of the ski resort! During the valley hike we share the path with the tobogganers and are therefore attentive. The upper part along the ski slope is even a bit steep, so hiking poles are very helpful. More relaxed is the second half of the path, which again runs over a groomed road.

Geheimtipp

The hike can be combined with a toboggan run from Milez to Dieni. Toboggan rental at the valley station of the ski arena in Dieni. Refreshments in Milez.

Sicherheitshinweis

From Milez to Dieni we share the path with the sledders. Caution is advised.

The trail is covered in snow throughout.

Ausrüstung

Hiking poles are recommended.
