Short descending winter hike from the upper part of the village to the centre of Tschierv. The beautiful view stretches from the «la vallada» cross-country ski trail in front of our feet and the «Tour de Ski» trail all the way out of the valley with the imposing mountain range from Piz Lad to Piz Chavalatsch and even the Ortler can be seen.

Short walk from the upper part of the village Tschierv Süsom to the village center.

The tour has been evaluated under favorable weather conditions, the current snow and weather conditions must be considered before the start.

Attention: The trail runs partly on cross-country ski tracks - please walk along the edge of the track.

From the bus stop Tschierv, Süsom we reach the winter hiking trail entrance by walking back to the bend in the Ofenpass road and straight down to the village of Tschierv.

By PostBus from Zernez to Tschierv, Süsom

Anreise Information

From the north: via Landquart - Klosters by car transport through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass to Zernez on H27. From Zernez on H28 into Val Müstair to Tschierv.
From the south and east: via Reschenpass (Nauders) or Bozen on the SS40 to Mals. From Mals on the SS41 to the Swiss border in Müstair. From Müstair on the H28 to Tschierv.
