Description
Starting point is the Ofen Pass summit. From here we follow the hiking trail northwards through sparse larch forest up towards Caschlot, where there is a magnificent panorama of the National Park. From here the well-developed trail turns east through the lonely and impressive Valbella – with Piz Vallatscha on the left and the two peaks of Munt da la Bescha on the right. The valley opens into the extensive alpine pastures at Fuorcla Funtanta da S-charl. From here it goes downhill through the Minschuns ski area to the grassy plain Plaun da l’Aua. From here the high trail “Senda Val Müstair” leads back to the Ofen Pass with beautiful panoramic views.
