Vertical 900 (La Presa - Le Prese)

The last switchbacks of the dirt road reaching 1900m at Sclupetoir are challenging. The view opening over the valley makes every effort worthwhile. The first meters of the descent are on a dirt road. Just enough to exchange the last comments about the ascent, then the trail plunges headlong toward Le Prese. The path does not feature prohibitive technical sections or high difficulty, but the slope is always steep and especially if not perfectly dry, it can be tricky. The switchbacks of the trail follow one another rapidly. You travel at a good pace, and the valley floor approaches quickly. In many points the path crosses dirt roads where you can leave the descent early. Alternatively, those who want to avoid the full climb can enter the route and shorten the path.
