The Viaduct route offers a wonderful trail with views of the Wiesner and Landwasser viaducts. This trail is often rideable early in the season due to the milder climate in Wiesen. The route is relatively easy. However, there are some short technical sections and exposed spots.

Description

The trail begins at Wiesen train station. Barely started, you already see the Wiesner Viaduct, a first highlight of this route. On this section, there are some exposed spots where inexperienced riders are recommended to push the bike. The path then winds along the refreshing Landwasser towards Filisur. Some short technical sections await you. Shortly before reaching Filisur, the imposing 65-meter-high Landwasser Viaduct awaits, the second highlight of this route - world-famous and photographed a thousand times! Once you reach Filisur, the route leads you over Schönboden through a beautiful forest trail back to Wiesen station. With the train, postbus or bike shuttle, you can quickly return to Davos.

Hidden Gem

Directly at Wiesen station is the Zügen-Beizli, which offers fine local products - definitely worth trying!

Safety Note

In the Davos Klosters destination there are many managed alps with livestock. Therefore, you can expect to encounter animals everywhere. We ask for your consideration and to ride the terrain at an appropriate speed.
