The signposted ZURICH Vitaparcours runs as a circular route through wooded sections and along the Flüela stream. At 15 stations, information boards explain which exercises should be performed. Strength and skill exercises alternate with those for gymnastics, stretching, and relaxation.

Description
Start and finish of the circular route are located at the Seil- und Bikepark Färich. The route then runs counterclockwise to the World Cup cross-country track. So you run down the legendary Cologna-Stutz rather than up. The route follows a forest road through wooded sections and along the rushing Flüela stream. And the best: the sports offer for guests and locals is free of charge.
