The signposted ZURICH Vitaparcours runs as a circular route through wooded sections and along the Flüela stream. At 15 posts, information boards explain which exercises are to be carried out. Strength and dexterity exercises alternate with gymnastics or stretching and relaxation.

Description
The start and finish of the circuit are at the Färich Rope and Bike Park. Afterwards, the course runs counterclockwise to the World Cup cross-country course. So you don't run up the legendary Cologna-Stutz, for example, but down it. The route leads along a forest road through wooded sections and along the rushing Flüela stream. And best of all: the sports offer for guests and locals is free of charge.

The Chalet Velo restaurant at the Färich Rope and Bike Park is an ideal place to stop for refreshments afterwards.
