The scenic route over Flims. The effort can be easily forgotten on this route. Beautiful paths and views in all directions.

Surefootedness required on the steep path down from Cassons.
Equipment
Suitable trail running shoes, hydration backpack, rain jacket, and first aid kit.
Directions
Start at Segnes - initially downhill to the fork and a steep climb to Nagens - from here northwards gently rising to the former Grauberg station and from there down to the lower Segnesboden - after circling it shortly after the waterfall turn left uphill to the Fil de Cassons - all eastwards over the ridge to its highest point and beyond - at about 2500 m back west; initially gently, then steeply downhill - at the fork at about 2000 m turn right to the Segnesboden and down to the Segnes hut
