Description
The hike leads mostly through open terrain, past the Maiensässes of Ramosch. In Tschlin, a stroll through the beautiful Engadine village is worthwhile and, if possible, you can taste the famous Tschlin beer.

Equipment
High and sturdy hiking boots, sunscreen, sunglasses, sun protection, hiking poles if needed.
Directions
Leave the parking lot at the PostAuto stop «Vnà, Jalmèr»
Follow the path over Sursavuogn and Runai to the fork
Follow the path further uphill
At the next fork, continue the path uphill towards Tschlin
Before the path disappears into the forest, turn right onto the trail
This path leads down through a gorge and up again to Tschlin
In Tschlin, the PostAuto goes down to Strada, and from there you can take the PostAuto to Martina or towards Scuol

Public Transport
- Hourly RhB train (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or Upper Engadin) to Scuol-Tarasp
- Hourly PostAuto from Scuol, station to Ramosch, Fermada. Change there and continue to Vnà, Jalmèr
Travel Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car loading through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadin on H27
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on H27
- From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27
Ramosch is located directly on the Engadine road H27. It is 5 minutes' drive to Vnà.

- Free parking spaces are available directly at the start of the hike, at the bus stop in Vnà
