Description
The Vorab Trail starts at the Vorab restaurant at 2571 m above sea level (closed in summer) over the rocks of the former Vorabfirn. Only the red-white color markings on stone blocks and rocks indicate the path through the rugged landscape. Later, the singletrail descent crosses the mountain road and leads through the somewhat easier section along the alpine hiking trail to Camona Vorab. Here, the trail fun continues downhill on the Sogn Martin Trail. Alternatively, you can also add the Fuorcla Trail, after which you reach Crap Sogn Gion after a short climb.
The Vorab Trail is a high alpine trail dream for advanced enduro enthusiasts. You reach the trail entrance by taking the FlemX mountain railway to the Nagens Sura station. From there, follow the well-developed gravel road to the Vorab mountain station.
